1. RETURN & DISCOUNT

RETURN- If you have received a defect product you’ve purchased, you may return it within seven (7) working days upon received. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our site. If you choose the wrong colour, you are not be able to return the products.

Customers are advised to Whatsapp us at 011-2848 9848 with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product. 

Shipping cost are borne by us hence customer will get full refund. Once we've receive the product, we will contact you as soon as possible.


DISCOUNT
-If you have received a defect product you’ve purchased, but didn't want to return it, you can Whatsapp us at 011-2848 9848 with your #ORDER ID and product details. You need to send the pictures of defect items, and we will give a discount.
